Holiday Makeup Look: Doing the Vampy Lip

Last year, I had a lot of fun putting together a holiday makeup look that I thought I’d make it an annual tradition. But of course, I had to change it up.

If I had to pick my 2013 makeup product of the year, it would have to be lipstick. Living in San Antonio could be a contributing factor; a bright or bold lip is a staple here. Plus, I feel like short hair grants me permission to go high-impact with my makeup. And don’t you think colder weather inspires a more goth look? Here’s what I’ve put together:
